Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 514-631-1212 or e-mail: with details of the product and the defect.

For consumers who bought the product via Medelys’ online store
You can send the item you consider defective to:

The products returned must be intact and preferably in their original packing. A copy of the invoice and the number of authorization must be included as well. The shipment fee for the replacement will be absorbed by the Company.


For retailers / sellers

You can contact Medelys’ Sale Representative in your region for replacement. To get the contact of Sale Representative, you can contact our Customer Service 514-631-1212 or e-mail: for the information.

Products with expiration issue, which is defined as being less than 90 days of the expired date printed on the label will be replaced when approved by the Company and will be shipped along with the next order made by the retailer. Shipping fees and shipping risks for returning a product must be assumed by the buyer, except if the product was broken or defective upon reception (photo support is required).

You would need to fill in the Product Return form and send to Medelys’ Customer Service department.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.


Shipping and Delivery

Medelys will deliver the products to the postal address received in the order. Shipping fees will be added to the order depending on its size, the method of delivery (regular or express), and the destination of the order. The delivery will be handled by Medelys and will be executed as quickly as possible. Delays may vary depending on the destination, the availability of the products, and the method of delivery.

The products ordered will become the responsibility of the buyer once these are delivered to the transportation company by Medelys.

For all products delivered outside of Canada, the responsibility of all costs related to exporting will be charged directly to the buyer.
